Nail of the Day: Holiday Red

Sure enough, I changed my nail color!  The purple look was fun, but with Christmas coming this weekend, and my nails starting to get long and annoying, I decided to cut them back a bit and go for pretty, sparkly red.

This color is Orly Star Spangled.  In just two coats, it's completely opaque, yet sparkly.  I like this shade of red because it's blue-based and flatters my skin tone, as opposed to a yellow or orange-based red, which looks sort of sickly on my fingers.
